Dilute Acetone and Hydrogen Peroxide

A quicky.  This paper points out the following: do NOT mix acetone and hydrogen peroxide.  This is particularly a problem since acetone is often used to clean glassware.  Even diluted versions of both acetone and hydrogen peroxide can form a dangerous explosive TATP in the presence of trace amounts of acid.  If you are washing anything with hydrogen peroxide, be sure to wash it properly with water before using acetone.
